What is the difference between a hip thrust pad and a barbell pad?

Thickness of padding. Typically barbell pads have 3 cm of padding, while our pads have 6 cm.

Will it stop from bruising?

While we don't claim it will 100% stop you from bruising (especially since tendency to bruise is quite genetic), the extra padding of our pads will help reduce bruising and pain!

Can I use this to squat with?

This pad is designed specifically for hip thrusts. You can definitely play around with it and try to use it for other exercises, but we would advise against using it for squats.

Will the pad wear and tear?

As with any fitness product that is consistently used, yes it will eventually wear down a bit. However it will still last you quite a long time!
